Ham And Egg Salad

Quick and easy sandwich spread. Ham mixed with hard-cooked eggs, chopped tomato, onion and mayonnaise.

Ingredients -
10 Hard-Cooked Eggs, peeled and diced
2 medium Onions, finely diced
1 medium Beefsteak Tomato, chopped
2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
3 thick slices Cooked Ham, cut into 1/2” pieces
 
Preparation:

1. Add eggs, onions, tomato, and ham to bowl. Stir in mayonnaise.

2. Chill in refrigerator until ready to serve.

Buy eggs and refrigerate them for one week before using to make hard-cooked eggs.
