Quick and easy sandwich spread. Ham mixed with hard-cooked eggs, chopped tomato, onion and mayonnaise.
1. Add eggs, onions, tomato, and ham to bowl. Stir in mayonnaise.
2. Chill in refrigerator until ready to serve.
Buy eggs and refrigerate them for one week before using to make hard-cooked eggs.
Choose your favorite deli or supermarket ham, or use leftover ham from the evening before.
