1. Finely dice hard-cooked eggs.
2. Mince green onions.
3. Add egg and green onion to small bowl.
4. Add mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Stir to combine.
5. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
6. Remove crusts from whole wheat bread.
7. Spread 4 slices with egg salad. Cover with remaining bread slices. Cut diagonally. |
